Understanding Coccydynia
When Should You Seek Treatment for Tailbone Pain?
Tailbone pain, also known as coccydynia, can make everyday activities such as sitting, travelling, working, exercising, or changing position uncomfortable. Persistent or recurring symptoms deserve proper assessment so the underlying cause can be understood and an appropriate treatment plan can be considered.
- 01 Pain Around the Tailbone Localized aching, pressure, or sharp discomfort around the coccyx, particularly when sitting.
- 02 Tenderness Around the Coccyx The tailbone area may feel sensitive or painful when pressure is applied.
- 03 Pain When Sitting or Rising Discomfort may become more noticeable after prolonged sitting or while moving from a seated to standing position.
- 04 Discomfort During Movement Bending, walking, exercising, or certain body movements may aggravate symptoms in some people.
- 05 Pain Extending Toward the Lower Back Some people experience discomfort around the lower back or nearby pelvic region along with coccyx pain.
Helping patients move and sit with greater comfort.

Then I started searching for the doctors on net and I came to know about Dr.SYEDA MUBESHIRA.. & I approached her. First she advised me to take a dynamic tail bone X-ray and gave appointment. She explained my tailbone condition in a very detail manner and gave me hope that though it was 3 yrs long pain still it can be treated.... She suggested one special cushion..
She gave me seven days treatment. During these period she was so kind and friendly, my bone was tilted backside. She started my treatment directly on tailbone alignment which no doctor had done before & as the days passed she helps me with daily exercises and bone alignment treatment. The pain relief was from the 1st day of my treatment & was advised proper nutrition diet & other supplements needed for recovery of muscles & bones. After 1month of religiously following exercises & advices of Dr. I visited Dr. again & another X-ray was done & found that bone had come into alignment & was needed further minor adjustments. I was also feeling very relieved with pain & was able to move positions freely. It helps me a lot in seating & sleeping positions. Now after my 2nd appointment treatment she gave me needle treatment & some more exercises...
now I am practicing exercises and following Dr. SYEDA suggestions & advices to get complete better & normal like before my C - section which is working for me.
